Base piece is 5/16 x 6" CRS flat bar...All spring hanger material is .250" plt, all gussets are .187" plt....I used 12ga sheetmetal formed to add strength plus keep mud and crap out. Also included a hitch to use for pulling or getting pulled out of the great NJ mud i will soon be in. As u can see the mounting bracket on top will be flush with the end of my frame. I left 2" of plate sticking over to incorporate my bumper. Bumper will be a piece of 2x4 .250" wall that will be mitered with the ends boxed. Bumper will be welded to this entire assembley and it will all unbolt from frame if needed....There will also be a piece od 2x2 .250" tube welded between the frame rails above this fullwidthkit for extra bolting locations.....Oh yea......I have also moved the wheelbase 2" forward with this....This is 80% TIG welded which makes everything to me much cleaner...Cost u say??? FREE .....Just took me some lunch breaks to make..... I will make the shackle end when this setup is mounted and i can get the correct dimension when i bolt in my springs......

Thanks guys......I coulnt see payin 450.00 to buy what to me looks like weakass junk from PSC...I mean it adds no strength at all to your frame. I have tons-o-room for a winch, and also a super strong attatchment point now on my frame.

Luckycharm....The hitch is 2.5"x2.5"x.187 wall tube....Then i boxed that with some .250"x.500" stainless flatbar...Sweet huh! I also just checkdout your web page....Nice work on your rig...My front bumper will be close to your rear u just made...

Pays to be a fabricator/welder I could link some pics to other stuff i made for my powerwagon project....

Not to much...I originally was gonna use .375" flatbar but realized the weight diff and figure the .312 was plenty strong enough..40lbs maybe??

Not really a big deal considering a 8lug 44 and corp 14bolt FF will be underneath there soon.....
